Job Description :
We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our strategic accounts in the assigned region. As a KAM, you will play a critical role in strengthening partnerships with large hospitals, healthcare institutions, trade channels, and key stakeholders to ensure sustainable revenue growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, pharmacy chains, institutions, and other strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with business goals, focusing on retention, penetration, and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, medical affairs, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and account satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Track account performance using key metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership for decision-making.
- Identify unmet needs and opportunities within accounts to introduce new products or services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare ecosystem affecting key Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in institutional sales, corporate sales, or key account management (preferably in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large, complex accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
