Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through calls and meetings to understand their
requirements.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.Represent the organization professionally and uphold its mission and values.What You'll Bring
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telecalling (experience inthe education sector is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and one South Indianlanguage (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam).
Confidence in making outbound calls, meeting customers, and driving closures.Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.A growth mindset – self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.Willingness to travel within the region as required.Why Join Us
