Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Pericent BPM & DMS Software (P) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, managing customer inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business opportunities

Qualification

Proven experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation, preferably in the IT Software / SaaS domain.

Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.

Experience using CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Tech-savvy mindset and a quick learner of new software solutions.
