• Partner with BFSI clients to understand business needs, lending workflows, and campaign use cases.
• Translate requirements into user stories, BRDs / FRDs, and process flows for internal product & engineering teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to design online campaigns, engagement journeys, and automation workflows.
• Analyze campaign metrics (activation, conversion, retention, ROI) and recommend improvements aligned to product capabilities.
• Bridge the gap between client-side stakeholders (product, marketing, compliance) and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support UAT, validate features, and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with martech trends, regulatory guidelines, and BFSI-specific customer engagement practices.
