Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead MEAN Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular 8+, Node.js, SQL Server, Python, and MEAN stack technologies. The candidate will play a critical role in leading development teams, architecting scalable solutions, and driving full-stack application development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Drive the end-to-end development of applications using MEAN stack (MongoDB, Angular 8+, Node.js).
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Oversee SQL Server and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and optimization.
• Utilize Python for backend automation, integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Manage code reviews, technical documentation, and solution delivery.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security across the platform.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product architecture.
