We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager / Paid Advertising Lead to join our remote team and lead performance across Google, TikTok, and Facebook Ads .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across Google, TikTok, and Meta.
- Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns that meet aggressive growth targets.
- Manage budgets, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Test creatives, hooks, and audience segments to identify what converts.
- Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance insights.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (Google / TikTok / Meta).Proven track record managing $10K–$100K+ monthly ad spend.Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing.Independent, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline of projects.Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.Familiarity with automation tools and creative testing platforms.Previous experience in agency or performance-driven environments.Why Join Us
