Job descriptionStrong understanding of P&C insurance Solid knowledge of actuarial / statistical techniques Hands-on with tools : R, Python, PySpark Advanced Excel, Power BI Awareness of industry developments and non-life insurance products Support pricing and portfolio management across multiple P&C insurance portfolios Build and maintain robust pricing models aligned with business goals Develop data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and sufficiency Drive innovation by improving models using new data and analytical techniques Communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders Mentor junior team members and manage project deliverables Deep experience in GLMs, machine learning, and pricing model development Advanced knowledge of : Emblem, Radar, or similar pricing software R, Python, SAS, SQL, VBA Advanced Excel Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder handling skills Experience working in international teams preferred Work with a high-impact global actuarial team Exposure to cutting-edge tools and real-world P&C challenges Flexible and collaborative work culture Strong focus on career development and mentorship
We are hiring for two exciting roles in the Non-Life Actuarial domain!

ROLE 1 : Junior Actuarial Analyst (Claims Analytics & Reserving)
Experience : 2 to 3 Years
Qualifications : Minimum 2 actuarial exams passed
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Support setup of Non-Life actuarial analytics with a focus on claims analytics, insights, and reporting
- Provide inputs to the actuarial reserving process
- Interpret trends from monthly claims data, perform root cause analysis, and recommend actionable insights
- Collaborate with data and actuarial teams to support business decisions
Skills & Tools :
ROLE 2 : Senior Actuarial Analyst (Pricing & Data Modelling)
Experience : 3 to 8 Years
Qualifications : Minimum 2 actuarial exams passed
Location : Bangalore
