[3 Days Left] Wealth Operations Executive

We are looking for a Wealth Operations Executive in our Wealth Distribution team at Ahmedabad.

Qualifications : Graduate

Experience : 3-5 years experience in operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of MF trade processing.
• MF corporate action process like dividend Pay-out / dividend reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with RTA / AMC.
• Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, effective allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.
• Coordination with RTA / Other Vendors.
• Smooth Branch coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution.
• Handling various day to day transaction activities.
• Processing of Applications for new Accounts.
• Support to RM’s regarding transactions, Portal, and Funds reconciliation.
• Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
• Reconciliation of brokerage with co-ordination with AMC / RTA.
• Processing all service requests and follow up for updating of demographic changes.
• Processing of Non-MF Transactions.
