Account Executive (SAAS Sales) - Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a strong background in SaaS sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Experience Required : 2 to 4 years in SaaS Sales or Enterprise Software Sales.

Location : Work from Office- Koramangala, Bangalore Timings : 5 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Product) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Accurately forecast and report on sales performance and pipeline activities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer pain points.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet aggressive targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions.
  • Prior experience in handling mid-market or SMB accounts.
