The Officer - Front Desk is responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves multitasking and ensuring that the front desk functions smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding the organization and its services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.
Skills and Qualifications
7-9 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance.Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Skills Required
