Job description

Oversee store floor operations, including supervising staff and managing customer inquiries and complaints

Ensure proper merchandise display to enhance customer experience

Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies and merchandise as needed

Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and increase customer engagement

Maintain store appearance and cleanliness through regular maintenance and cleaning activities

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff performance to maintain high service standards

Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory capabilities

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and resolve complex issues

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
