Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, based in Delhi, India. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands a proactive approach to meet client requirements and provide exceptional travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proven abilities in Customer Service and managing Reservations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the travel or aviation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
