This role offers a unique opportunity to work onsite in our Pune office collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Location : Viman Nagar, Pune (Solitaire Business Hub)

Conveyance : Employees need to arrange their own transport

Process : Travel with a focus on air travel

Experience : Minimum 3 years in GDS Galileo

Shifts : Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Role Requirements :

Expertise : Experienced travel professionals with a track record of success in the industry are invited. Previous experience in a similar role with strong problem-solving is essential. You will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met promptly with precision overcoming deadlines efficiently.

Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (through email / chat), are crucial for collaborating with clients, partners, and team members. You will build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide customized travel solutions.

Galileo Proficiency : Mandatory work experience with Galileo is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in GDS commands and navigation. Extensive experience in Passenger Name Record (PNR) management, including creation, issuance, exchanges, refunds, EMD, and MCO is essential for success in this role. Multiple GDS knowledge is an added bonus.
