Proven Technical and Delivery Leadership
- 20+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT services, or related industries, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise in managing delivery operations for Java, .NET, Data Science, Data Engineering, Quality Engineering, UI / UX Practices, and Cloud Technologies.

Strategic Leadership and Delivery Management
Define and execute a delivery strategy aligned with the organisation’s mission and growth vision, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Establish and refine best-in-class delivery frameworks, methodologies (Agile, SAFe), and governance models to drive consistent and predictable project outcomes.Align delivery strategies with evolving industry trends such as AI / ML, IoT, Cloud-Native Platforms, 5G, and ensure seamless integration across technology domains.Hands-On Technical Oversight and Delivery Excellence
Provide hands-on technical leadership when required, ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects across Java, .NET, Data Science, Data Engineering, Quality Engineering, and UI practices.Foster a culture of agility and innovation by driving the adoption of modern DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native architectures.Implement data-driven decision-making by leveraging project performance analytics and real-time insights to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize delivery.People Leadership and Team Empowerment
Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performance delivery organization comprising project managers, technical leads, delivery managers, and domain experts.Build a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration by providing ongoing training and upskilling to team members.Encourage a hands-on approach to problem-solving and ensure that delivery teams stay ahead of evolving technology landscapes and best practices.Client Relationship Management and Business Alignment
Collaborate closely with clients, sales, and account management teams to understand client needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment of delivery strategies with business objectives.Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.Drive customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining proactive communication, ensuring business impact, and delivering high-value solutions.Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving process optimization, leveraging AI-powered insights, and incorporating client feedback into the delivery process.Champion emerging technologies such as AI / ML, IoT, and Blockchain to create innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, improve project governance, and enhance the overall delivery maturity of the organization.Revenue and Profitability Management
Own the P&L for the delivery function, ensuring that financial targets are met while balancing cost control and value delivery.Identify opportunities to optimize margins through resource allocation, project prioritization, and efficient delivery processes.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budget management, and profitability tracking.Representation and Thought Leadership
Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and technology conferences, showcasing the company’s expertise in digital transformation and innovation.Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams, providing insights on emerging technology trends and their business implications.Strengthen the organisations’ brand as a delivery powerhouse by contributing to thought leadership content, case studies, and whitepapers.Enterprise-Scale Project Management
Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, PMI, ITIL, etc.) and governance frameworks.Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-platform delivery portfolios, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.Cloud-Native and DevOps Expertise
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and API management for cloud-native applications.Data Engineering and AI / ML Competency
Deep understanding of big data platforms, data pipelines, and analytics frameworks to deliver AI / ML-driven insights.Strong background in integrating AI models, IoT platforms, and data engineering pipelines into enterprise solutions.Client-Focused and Business Acumen
Proven success in managing client relationships, handling escalations, and aligning delivery outcomes with client business objectives.Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present solutions with measurable business impact.P&L Management and Financial Acumen
Experience in managing delivery budgets, ensuring financial accountability, and driving profitability across delivery functions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance operational efficiency and growth.Preferred Certifications :
PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Cloud CertifiedITIL, SAFe, or TOGAF certifications are a plusEducation :
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.MBA or an advanced degree in a technical or management discipline is a plus.
