What You’ll Do

• Research and identify high-potential leads through LinkedIn, web tools, communities, and databases
• Build and maintain lead lists; assist in outreach campaigns (emails, DMs, etc.)
• Help craft outreach messages that align with our brand voice and convert
• Track and analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements
• Identify and evaluate new channels or tactics to grow awareness and inbound interest
• Support the launch and tracking of growth experiments (e.g., referral programs, partnerships, community building)
• Research competitor strategies and market trends
• Help manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Create content (posts, visuals, short videos) that showcases our culture, team, and open roles
• Collaborate with team members to gather stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content
• Monitor engagement and report on performance of employer brand campaigns
