We’re a growing and well-established roofing company, and we’re expanding our Residential Roofing Division . We’re looking for hands-on roofers and supervisors to help lead projects, manage crews, and deliver top-quality workmanship across a consistent pipeline of residential roofing work.
About the Role
Whether you're on the tools or leading the charge, you'll be involved in :
Supervising and managing residential roofing projects (full scope).
Coordinating site operations : scheduling, materials, and subcontractors.
Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across all job sites.
Working with clients, project managers, and builders to meet deadlines and specs.
Leading, mentoring, or being part of high-performing crews.
Troubleshooting onsite challenges and keeping things moving smoothly.
Performing quality assurance checks and corrective actions when required.

About You
Whether you're already a Roof Supervisor or an experienced Roofer looking to grow, you’ll bring :
5+ years of hands-on experience in roofing (residential, commercial, or industrial).
1–2+ years in a leadership, foreman, or leading hand role (for Supervisors).
Confidence managing teams, subcontractors, and site operations.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and site safety.
Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes, and site documentation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and capable of working in a roofing environment.
Required Tickets & Licenses
Trade Qualification in Roofing or Construction (preferred).
Construction White Card.
Valid Driver’s License.
Working at Heights (preferred).
High-Risk License (e.g. EWP, Forklift) is a bonus.
