Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Testing & Analytical Services sector across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food, pharmaceutical, or environmental testing services, with strong industry connections and the ability to lead regional sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple regions in India.
- Identify new business opportunities in Food Testing, Pharma Testing, Environmental Testing, and Analytical Services.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships; build strong customer engagement and long-term partnerships.
- Drive the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, and negotiations to contract closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, expos, and seminars to represent the company.
- Guide and mentor local sales representatives in different regions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and after-sales support in coordination with internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of sales or business development experience in analytical testing services (preferably in food, pharma, or environmental sectors).In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, accreditations (like NABL, FSSAI, ISO / IEC 17025), and industry standards.Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.Ability to travel extensively across India.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.How to Apply :
