POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Percent of Time :

• Facilitate regular planning sessions which includes preparation for the planning, coordination with other teams, creation of the planning objectives, and review of the final plan. 5%
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to define and prioritize the product backlog. 15%
• Facilitate Technical and Functional Grooming to ensure sessions are held and effective following the Scrum framework. 15%
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives). 15%
• Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of eCommerce features and functionalities. 15%
• Track and report on key metrics (e.g., sprint burndown, velocity, and throughput). 15%
• Remove impediments and blockers to enable seamless sprint execution. 15%
• Guide and coach stakeholders, team on Agile best practices and principles to enhance team performance. 5%
