Role Overview
As the Senior Manager - International , you will act as a strategic generalist responsible for driving the success of our US market entry. You'll work directly with head international and cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, sales and customer success to execute launch strategies, manage pilots, drive partnerships, and help localize offerings for the US enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of GTM to build and execute the US market entry strategy
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and primary customer interviews to identify the right product-market fit and inform the GTM strategy
- Program-manage high-priority initiatives across sales, marketing, and partnerships
- Own coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders in the US
- Analyze customer and market insights to adapt pricing, positioning, and messaging
- Support enterprise pilots – from onboarding to operational excellence
- Identify and drive GTM experiments – outbound cadences, content, events, etc.
- Build internal documentation, playbooks, and reporting mechanisms
- Represent the voice of the US customer in internal product discussions What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced environments – strategy, consulting, biz-ops, or early-stage SaaS roles.
- Preference for a Tier 1 college (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS, NITs, etc.) candidate or relevant experience
- Preference with demonstrated exposure to SaaS , B2B businesses, or international market expansion (especially US)
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong bias for action, structured thinking, and ability to work with ambiguity.
- Comfort with working in overlapping US time zones .
