Lead Financial Operations

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field. Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing financial strategies , including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Coordinating statutory accounts, tax filings, payroll, and compliance requirements to ensure regulatory adherence
• Supporting operations and project tracking , driving process improvements, and enhancing internal efficiency
• Monitoring projects and initiatives for cost control and return on investment analysis
• Managing supplier relationships and vendor negotiations to optimize costs and improve service quality
• Driving innovation and business growth through strategic planning and execution
• Fostering collaboration across teams, time zones, and cultures to achieve organizational objectives
• Providing data-driven insights for decision-making, reporting, and performance tracking

Requirements include a Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or a related field, CA / CPA / CFA / ACCA certification (a bonus), and 3+ years of experience in finance, operations, or business support roles.
