UiPath Support Engineer

Job descriptionMonitor and maintain deployed bots through UiPath Orchestrator for BOT health, job failures, queue issues, and environment excepCons. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot failures, excepCons, and performance. Manage enhancement requests from business users and ensure Cmely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with business teams to understand change requirements and assess their impact. Maintain documentaCon for changes, fixes, and enhancements. Pick up and deliver small-scale automaCon requests end-to-end using UiPath Studio. Perform regular bot audits and handle version upgrades or package updates as needed. Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with UiPath in development and support roles. Strong understanding of UiPath components and frameworks, including REFramework, Orchestrator, and Libraries. Experience in UI, Excel, PDF, Email automa8ons, and working with VBA scripts for automaCon tasks. Proficient in Office 365 ac8vi8es, including handling Outlook, Excel Online, and SharePoint operaCons. Hands-on experience with Document Understanding for intelligent data extracCon from structured and unstructured documents. Working knowledge of UiPath Data Service for data storage and relaConship handling across bots. Experience with UiPath Apps for creaCng front-end interfaces for aZended bots. Ability to integrate and consume APIs (REST / SOAP) and handle JSON / XML data in workflows. EffecCve communicaCon and documentaCon skills. Ability to mulCtask and prioriCze task ensuring quality. CollaboraCve mindset and a problem-solving abtude. UiPath cerCficaCons (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer or Solu8on Architect) are an added advantage. Exposure to Salesforce systems and ability to automate processes involving Salesforce UI or APIs. Prior experience or understanding of the Real Estate domain and its business processes. Experience with ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow. Knowledge of version control or DevOps tools (e.g., Git, SVN, Azure DevOps)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic UiPath Support Engineer to provide producCon support and contribute to development efforts for automaCon soluCons. The
ideal candidate will be responsible to provide L1 / L2 support, troubleshoot issues in producCon, and ensure high availability of automated processes. The
role also involves managing enhancements from the business team, and occasionally delivering small-scale development projects with a focus on quality
and Cmely delivery.
