Job Role - Experienced and detail-oriented Senior QC Engineer with a strong background in inspection, testing, and quality assurance for castings and metal components. Proven ability to coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, ensure compliance with quality assurance plans (QAP), and conduct a variety of internal and external quality tests. Skilled in the calibration and use of precision instruments, with hands-on experience in both destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT).

Preparation and review of inspection reports (internal and third-party)3. Coordination & Communication :

Thorough understanding and execution of QAPs based on specific customer standards and project requirements5. Internal Testing & Lab Analysis :
Daily production testing and inspection in presence of Third-Party InspectorsChemical analysis using Spectrometer (Spectro Analysis)Mechanical testing : Tensile & Hardness Testing6. Technical Collaboration :
