Senior Test Engineer

Job descriptionCore Banking , Capital Markets , Trade Finance , Treasury , and ACIES . Experience with systems like Flexcube , EMC , SECORE , and TCS BaNCS . Knowledge of Corporate Actions , Asset Servicing , Cash Settlements , and Batch Processing . Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC . Familiarity with SQL for database validation. Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform manual and functional testing on TCS BaNCS applications.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , System Integration Testing (SIT) , Regression Testing , and Performance Testing .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
- Create and execute test plans , test scenarios , and test cases .
- Document and track defects using tools like JIRA .
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews .
- Prepare test data and optimize test cases for coverage and quality.
- Report progress and metrics to test managers.
