Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor / Interior Fit-Out Engineer, located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor / Interior Fit-Out Engineer will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing project timelines, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, site supervision, and coordinating interior fit-out projects
• Skills in overseeing contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring project quality
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proficiency with project management software and relevant technical tools
