What You Will Do : Key Responsibilities
- Apply your Core and Cloud domain expertise in a supportive role with the Automated Operations team.
- Develop and maintain automated solutions , as well as troubleshoot potential automation component issues.
- Strive to enhance recovery processes and service delivery methodologies.
- Reveal potential system failures by performing trend analyses.
- Contribute to Impact Analysis for changes and business requirements.
- Encourage competence development within the technical and domain support teams.
