About the Role
As the Events & Partnerships Executive at Union Living, you will be at the heart of creating vibrant, memorable, and community-driven experiences for our residents and audience. You will lead the planning and execution of events, collaborations, and partnerships that reflect Union’s energy, creativity, and cultural relevance in Mumbai’s dynamic lifestyle and hospitality scene.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing people together, and has a pulse on what’s trending in the city — from local creators to emerging brands and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Community Events : Plan, organize, and execute a minimum of 10 engaging community events per month, including workshops, mixers, cultural nights, brand pop-ups, and festive gatherings that enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
Brand Partnerships : Identify, pitch, and close 5 paid brand collaborations and 2 barter / freebie partnerships each month that align with Union’s audience and brand ethos.
Cultural Activations : Curate on-ground activations, creator meet-ups, and pop-up experiences that connect Union Living with Mumbai’s urban and cultural ecosystem.
Influencer & Creator Network : Build and maintain a structured CRM of creators, artists, vendors, and brand partners to streamline outreach and collaboration opportunities.
Vendor Management & Coordination : Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery, budgeting, and quality execution of all events and campaigns.
Event Metrics & Feedback : Track event performance, NPS scores, and engagement metrics, and continuously work towards improving the experience and return on investment for each initiative.
Requirements
Experience : 2–5 years of experience in events, partnerships, influencer marketing, or community engagement, preferably within hospitality, co-living, or lifestyle industries.
Skill Set : Strong negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills with a flair for creative execution.
Cultural Awareness : Deep understanding and passion for Mumbai’s nightlife, events, and social culture.
Communication : Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams.
Ownership : Ability to independently manage multiple projects, vendors, and timelines with attention to detail.
