Job Description :
We are looking for a candidate who :
Has strong experience in production support.
Can effectively troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues.
Possesses excellent functional knowledge of eCommerce.
Is proficient in writing and understanding SQL queries.
Has hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Catchpoint, or New Relic (good knowledge of at least one tool is sufficient).
Detailed JD : Technical Skills :
E-commerce Platform Knowledge, good experience and familiarity with Content management(Adobe Experience Manager- AEM).
Familiarity with search / merch platform Constructor Troubleshooting Debugging experience , good experience and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, developer tools) and ability to diagnose issues.
Understanding on cloud platforms for site hosting and scaling preferably Azure Database Knowledge at Developer level / troubleshooting (NoSQL, MongoDB)
Experience in Web / iOS and Android e-Comm app / web support Working
Experience in any front-end Programming Languages Understanding of APIs Experience with observability tools New Relic and Adobe Analytics for, alert set up, dashboard creation, trouble shooting ,performance and error tracking.
Basic understanding in Fastly / NGNIX(Ingress K8s) / Zuul / APIGEE / API Gateway / AKAMAI, Azure DevOps
Performance Optimization of sites Ability to analyse site speed, traffic load, and suggest improvements (Content Delivery Network- CDN, caching, image optimization).
Understanding of payment gateways, refunds, fraud checks, and customer transaction flows.
Ability to monitor site performance, detect issues, and respond to incidents in real time.
Functional and IT App support Skills :
Good understanding and experience in inbound and out bound flow within eCommerce systems / data flow including Product, inventory ,Price feeds
Supporting the production e-Commerce systems including Content / Customer / Traffic / Order management / support, Search, catalogue, discovery , merchandising, Order Payment Processing
Incident Management
Application System Support Inventory Product Management
Knowledge of SKU management, stock updates, and synchronization with warehouse systems.
Issue Ticket Management Familiarity with platforms like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk for tracking and resolving issues.
Customer Support Issue Resolution Addressing user complaints, order failures, and assisting in customer experience improvements.
