We are an innovative private healthcare provider focused on seamless patient journeys. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations & CRM Automation Specialist to orchestrate our systems, automation and lead-journey workflows from ads to booking to follow-up.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce) to ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation and lifecycle management.
Build and maintain automated workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp follow-ups) to nurture leads and convert them into bookings.
Implement tracking (UTM parameters), dashboards and campaign reporting; link ad campaigns → CRM → booking → follow-up to provide a full-funnel view.
Integrate marketing systems : ads platforms, CRM, analytics, booking tools to ensure smooth operations.
Provide performance analytics and insights to management : conversion tracking, funnel metrics, reporting on lead-to-patient journey.
Work with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Twilio API for automation and reporting.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations / CRM / automation, preferably within healthcare or lead-gen environment.
Hands-on experience with a major CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and automation tools such as Zapier.
Good understanding of UTM tracking, data dashboards, funnel metrics and analytics.
Proficiency in reporting tools : Google Data Studio, Power BI or similar.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate with marketing, ops, IT teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or similar. Certification in marketing automation or CRM is a plus.

Requirements
Proven experience in handling end-to-end Power BI projects. Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRDs), and wireframing. Hands-on expertise in data mining and representation through Power BI. Ability to communicate with potential stakeholders and explain insights effectively. Familiarity with position mapping and its business implications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
