Job description

Title : Senior Executive - Sales Ops

Location : Vadodara / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune or Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Shift : US Shift (6pm - 3am IST)

Executive Sales Ops, on behalf of the Sales Ops team, will work closely with the IT Team, Sales Team, along with all other business stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
  • Works with the IT team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.
  • Plan and monitor scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
  • Work with the team to support all regular Sales Ops activities.

Requirements and Skills :

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Ops in a reputed SI / IT company.
  • Must have experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Sufficient understanding of all SI business processes, sales processes, and functions.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Proficiency in excel using complex formulas, pivot tables and data validation.
