Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound / outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
- Convert fresh & cold leads into Walkins and drive them toward property bookings
- Deliver project level Walkin targets and ensure quality client engagement
- Analyze client needs, recommend suitable properties, and coordinate site visits
- Work in a target driven environment with a focus on revenue growth
- Provide regular performance reviews, share insights, and suggest improvements
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Qualifications & Skills
1–5 years' experience in presales, tele calling, or customer support (real estate auto dialer calling preferred)Freshers with excellent communication skills consideredStrong sales ability, negotiation skills, and customer service orientationProficiency in English, Kannada, and Tamil (Kannada & Tamil Preferred)Ability to work weekends and thrive in high pressure, goal-oriented settingsShow more
