Job Description
1. Understand client requirements and maintain client and partner relationships.
2. Manage projects with an organized approach and ensure objectives are met within pre-agreed timelines.
3. Document integration processes and best practices
4. Provide technical assistance to clients with customizations.
5. Implement SaaS products.
6. Work with SSO, API, CRM, HRMS, and ticketing tools. 7. Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
The Successful Applicant
1. 3+ years of SaaS Implementation experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Results-oriented mindset, motivated by success.
6. Good understanding of the data analytics lifecycle.
7. Ability to multi-task.
