Plant Human Resources Manager

Recruitment and onboarding : Manage the entire hiring process for plant employees, from recruitment and selection to onboarding.

Employee and labor relations : Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and grievances. This may also include collective bargaining and administering labor agreements in unionized environments.

Compliance : Ensure the plant complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Compensation and benefits : Administer compensation structures, health benefits, and payroll for plant staff.

Training and development : Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Health and safety : Coordinate health, safety, and wellness programs to ensure a secure working environment.

Performance management : Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement.

Organizational development : Support plant leadership with workforce planning and initiatives to improve productivity and engagement.
