We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Salesforce Business Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Salesforce Sales Cloud with exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and international clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Document requirements through
user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and RTMs .
Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure requirements are clearly translated into solutions.
Support
QA and UAT
by creating test cases, executing test cycles, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and client communications with strong documentation and presentation skills.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support in solution design leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
Ensure projects meet deadlines while maintaining alignment with business goals.
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud and Experience Cloud are a plus).
Proven experience working with
international clients
(preferred).
Strong knowledge of
business analysis tools and techniques : user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD, FRD, process flows, RTM.
Experience in
QA and UAT support .
Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
