What You’ll Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles across both India and U.S. operations.

Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and craft sourcing strategies.

Develop proactive global talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across regions.

Strengthen Hubot’s employer brand through creative storytelling, outreach, and digital engagement.

Leverage data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes, DEI efforts, and hiring velocity.

Who You Are

5–7 years of recruitment experience, with

3+ years in technical / manufacturing hiring

(CDMO, pharma, or regulated industry experience preferred).

Proven success recruiting specialized roles in regulated environments.

Excellent communicator who can collaborate across time zones and cultures.

Strategic and detail-oriented — passionate about connecting people to meaningful, career-defining work.
