Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of TL-Payroll & Benefits with 6 to 8 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and providing expert consultation on US Payroll. This hybrid role requires night shifts and focuses on HR master data administration tax processing and management reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits administration.
- Provide expert consultation on US Payroll processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR teams to manage and maintain accurate HR master data for payroll processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve payroll processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with tax authorities to ensure accurate and timely tax processing and reporting.
- Prepare and present management reports on payroll and benefits administration to senior management.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data and employee information.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary changes in processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure payroll systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.
- Support the implementation of new payroll systems or updates to existing systems.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in US Payroll Consulting Core with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Demonstrate expertise in HR Masterdata administration and its impact on payroll processing.Have a solid understanding of statutory regulatory and management reporting requirements.Exhibit proficiency in tax processing and related regulatory compliance.Show strong analytical skills to monitor and improve payroll processes.Display excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Skills Required
