• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EBS R12 implementation experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Discrete Manufacturing modules (OM, INV, WIP, BOM, ASCP, etc.).
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional designs and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience working as a Functional Tester for at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve functional issues, ensuring system alignment with business requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
