Position : Digital Marketing Executive (D2C Brands)

Location : On-site – Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 1 to 4 years

Expertise : Performance Marketing, Digital Growth, Paid Media Expert, Growth Marketing, E-commerce Marketing, Scaling D2C Brands, Google ad, Meta ad.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
• Conduct keyword research, run A / B tests, and iterate on ad creatives
• Monitor performance metrics : CTR, conversion rates, CPA
• Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies in alignment with business goals
• Generate, analyze, and present campaign performance reports

Requirement

2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google & Meta Ads

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)

Proficiency in performance marketing tools and strong analytical skills
