Role Description :
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid media campaigns, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, as well as setting up marketing automation flows and analytical dashboards to measure performance and ROI.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive qualified leads, optimize conversions, and enhance overall marketing efficiency through data-driven insights.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Paid Media Management
Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A / B testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and ensure budget utilization efficiency.
Marketing Automation
Set up email, SMS, and drip marketing automation workflows using marketing tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Configure triggers, lead nurturing sequences, and behavior-based flows for better engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with sales teams to integrate automation flows with CRM for lead tracking and scoring.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize marketing data.
Generate weekly / monthly reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and optimization recommendations.
CRM & Cross-Functional Coordination
Manage CRM data quality and ensure seamless flow between marketing and sales systems.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and automation techniques.
What We’re Looking For :
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and marketing automation.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Hands-on experience in GA4, data visualization tools (Looker Studio / Power BI), and marketing CRMs.
Good understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bonus : Experience with Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
