Consulting Manager – Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Strategy & Leadership
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Consulting Manager to lead our Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting team. In this dual leadership and client-facing role, you will coach and mentor a team of DAP specialists while also partnering with enterprise clients to shape, design, and execute their digital adoption strategies. You’ll bring both thought leadership and delivery oversight, ensuring clients unlock the full value of their DAP investments.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership to & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to build team capability and confidence
- Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
- Oversee workload, prioritization, and performance, ensuring client deliverables meet the highest standards
Client Strategy & Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approachFacilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignmentTranslate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworksBuild strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teamsSolution Design & Delivery Oversight
Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applicationsEnsure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystemsReview and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approachesPartner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomesThought Leadership & Evangelism
Evangelize best practices for digital adoption for our clientsStay current on DAP innovations and advise clients on emerging trendsMentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills as well as technical best practicesBuild a team of DAP ConsultantsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field8+ years of experience in DAP design, development, or implementation (WalkMe expertise preferred)3–5 years of experience in leading consulting teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projectsProven ability to consult with executive stakeholders and shape digital adoption strategiesStrong project management background (Agile and / or Waterfall)WalkMe Delivery Consultant certification (Preferred)Experience with complementary tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a plusPersonal Qualities
