Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with campaign planning, implementation, and optimization of Paid Social media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter / X, Pinterest, etc.
- Focus on day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring timely launches, QA, pacing, and optimization.
- Proactively review and manage campaign performance data to identify issues or opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
- Conduct weekly campaign tracking, performance analysis, and participate in regular client and internal update calls.
- Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards with insights on key KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Take ownership of campaign trafficking, QA checks, budget pacing, and performance consistency across client accounts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (strategists, creatives, planners) to provide insights and support campaign delivery.
- Provide initial insights and trend analysis to inform strategic planning and reporting for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest Paid Social trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to inform best practices and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns in an agency or in-house performance marketing team.Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, or other Paid Social platforms.Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and digital media KPIs.Comfortable working with large data sets and using Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.Experience using reporting / visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with third-party ad serving or tracking tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Smartly, Hootsuite).Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM setup.Certifications such as Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or similar are a plus.Prior experience working with global clients or multi-market campaigns is an advantage.What We Offer :
