Job descriptionGood knowledge on HCM product (HR, Payroll and Benefits) functionality. Sound knowledge of PL / SQL and RDBMS concepts Having knowledge on any data mining tools would be an added advantage. Professional / Technical Knowledge : Having achieved a satisfactory level of professional / technical knowledge and / or skill in position‑related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise. Should be able to understand and fix client load issues quickly and provide effective solutions Communication : Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message Being able to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment Must be a Good team player Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology or MCA Experience : 7 to 9 Years of experience in any HCM product data migrations.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the overall data extraction / transformation / load process of existing ADP clients & new logos for NexGen ADP application
- Developing the overall process of Data & Balance conversion on Data Lake and other Implementation / ETL Tools.
- Providing support & fixes for any issues for any issues while loading data / balances.
- Creation of functional specification documents from existing interfaces (reverse engineering).
- Impact analysis of the product in case of any objects are changed.
- Fit-gap analysis for the interfaces between different ADP products.
- Co-coordinating with the client, Business Analysts & Forklift team while data loads
- Document challenges and suggest enhancements during data mining.
- Work with the team manager to build efficiencies in data / automation / balances team.
