Education

Graduate in any Science / Commerce discipline.

MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience

Proven experience in tendering, bidding, procurement, or a similar role.

Prior experience with government tenders and platforms (GeM, CPPP, etc.) is a significant advantage.

Desired Skills and Exposures

Strong understanding of the tender process, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively.
