- Acquire new clients and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Maintain strong engagement with consultants, contractors, and influencers.
- Provide tailored solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Business Development
- Prepare and present customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies.
- Expand the customer base through referrals, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
5. Technical Support & Collaboration
- Collaborate with technical teams to support customers through technical presentations, product demos, and site visits.
- Stay updated on latest technologies and trends in STP, WTP, and ETP processes.
- Work with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction post-sale.
6. Team Collaboration & Marketing
- Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
- Share market feedback with internal teams to support product and service improvements.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in water treatment, STP, ETP, or WTP sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with municipal and industrial clients.
- Understanding of local and national regulatory frameworks related to water treatment.
- Familiarity with project financing and contract management.
