Role Description

We’re looking for a Tender Manager to join our Government Business Division, managing end-to-end tender operations and driving success in government procurement.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management (in tender management (preferably in medical devices / manufacturing).

✅ Strong knowledge of GeM, e-Procurement portals, and Government procurement policies

✅ Expertise in RFP / RFQ preparation, bid documentation, and compliance

✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills

✅ Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively

✅ Support tender-related audits and internal reporting.
