As a Brand Designer at Geist Brewing Co., you’ll be responsible for strengthening and extending an already well-defined brand identity — not reinventing it. You’ll work within an existing design language and visual system, helping it evolve thoughtfully across packaging, retail, and digital channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand, Beer, and Hospitality teams to translate ideas into design that feels both true to the brand and fresh in its execution. This role is ideal for a designer who values craft, precision, and visual consistency, and who understands how to innovate within the framework of a strong brand foundation. You’ll be expected to manage multiple design projects simultaneously , balancing creative ideation with precise execution, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do
1. Brand & Identity Design
- Evolve and adapt Geist Brewing Co.’s established visual identity across packaging, digital, and campaign touchpoints.
- Develop visual identities for in-house product lines, D2C brands, and limited-release collaborations.
- Translate brand strategy into cohesive, impactful design that builds recognition and consistency.
2. Packaging & Product Design
Design packaging and labels that reflect Geist Brewing Co.’s craft, character, and attention to detail.Incorporate illustration or lettering elements where appropriate to elevate storytelling.Deliver production-ready artwork that meets print and packaging standards.3. Campaign & Content Design
Create key visuals and marketing assets for new launches, collaborations, and brand campaigns.Design across formats — from digital and social media to merchandise and in-location materials.Ensure every output aligns with Geist Brewing Co.’s brand tone and creative direction.4. Project Management & Collaboration
Manage multiple design projects in parallel, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes.Contribute to reviews and creative discussions that strengthen the brand’s visual evolution.Who You Are
A designer with 3–6 years of experience in brand, packaging, or product design , ideally in the craft beverage, F&B, or lifestyle sectors.Skilled in illustration and hand-lettering , with the ability to develop original artwork and typographic compositions that elevate brand storytelling.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma .Experienced in managing multiple creative projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.Familiar with design-to-production workflows and vendor coordination.Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about design that balances creativity with craft and storytelling.
