We have an exciting role of Integrated Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.
Location- Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram & Hyderabad

This is an exciting role and would entail you to :
- Have a deep understanding of graphic design for both print and digital advertising and marketing
- Have a deep understanding of healthcare & pharmaceutical brand advertising and marketing
- Generate ideas for advertising and marketing
- Develop creatives for global healthcare & pharmaceutical campaigns
- Assess the work of other designers and make decisions from a technical point of view
- Lead, manage and train junior designers
- Ensure consistent quality output and follow best practice guidelines
- Ensure client delight and meet the agreed Service Level Agreements
You will be working closely with
Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented and designers to deliver high-quality services.
This may be the right role for you if you have
6-11 years experience in digital ad agency / print production with a design qualificationSolid graphic design skills and an eye for composition for both print and digital deliverablesAdvanced understanding of advertising print deliverables and procedures involved in serving ads in various digital media platforms.Proficiency in the Adobe creative suite and FigmaEffectively communicate remotely and work to deadlines in a fast-paced agency environmentEffectively handle the large volume of multiple creative projects or tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in managing multidisciplinary creative teams that handle high-volume requestsGood verbal and written communicationConfident and enthusiastic team player, flexible can-do attitude and adaptableAbility to work effectively in a team environment to build and foster a collaborative environmentManage a team of production artists / artworks of both print and digital from start to final deliverables.Will be responsible for preparing mechanicals for final output.Must be highly organized.The ideal candidate will pride themselves not only on the quality of their craft but on their speed, accuracy and productivity with an interest in finding new ways to make the workflow even more efficient.
