Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an ERPNext Business Analyst Intern. The intern will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to implement and manage ERPNext solutions, analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and provide support for system improvements. The role also includes assisting in the customization and configuration of ERPNext to optimize workflows and reporting. Regular tasks will involve troubleshooting issues, training end-users, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, ERPNext configuration, and process automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with prior exposure to business process design and improvement
• Technical aptitude in Python, JavaScript, or related scripting languages (preferred)
• Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
• Good communication and documentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve queries
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business and technical needs
• A background in business, IT, or related fields; experience in supply chain or order management is a plus
• Ideally a final year engineering student
