We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Developer with strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), specifically within the HCM modules. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business reporting requirements into efficient, scalable, and accurate technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports for HCM modules.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze reporting and data requirements.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality reports.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand HCM data structures, models, and relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, data inconsistencies, or performance.
- Ensure reports adhere to best practices in terms of performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all developed reports and processes.
- Work independently, managing tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Required Experience :
