About this role

Fundamental Equities is building a tech-enabled platform to support tool-building and workflow innovation across the Product Strategy function. Our goal is to enable a growing community of citizen developers to build smarter, faster, and more consistently while maintaining the guardrails, performance, and reusability that come with scaled solutions.

As a Platform Engineer , you'll be a key architect and cultural steward, defining shared design principles, elevating development standards, and shaping how we scale. You'll not only build technology but also help build an ecosystem for citizen developers across FE Product Strategy.

What You'll Do (Phased Roadmap)

Phase 1 : Tactical Foundations

• Lead citizen developer community to stabilize, refactor, and document existing solutions.
• Build shared libraries and core connectors to eliminate duplication and improve maintainability.
• Begin establishing platform-wide design principles and reusable scaffolding.
• Lead forums and create workflows to surface promising tools, evaluate their impact, and help scale them across teams.
• Act as a citizen developer, building platform tools tied to our strategic objectives

Phase 2 : Platform Enablement

Over time, you'll help evolve the platform into a durable, self-sustaining ecosystem equipped with clear standards, shared tooling, and a connected developer community.

Our hybrid work model
