The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designer wear production, with hands-on experience managing the production floor, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high-quality output across all stages.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management for a designer or luxury clothing brand.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
